    Pros

I worked part-time as an adjunct professor. Concordia University was very understanding of my busy schedule.

    Cons

    I was only part-time. I would like to become a full-time professor.

  5. Copy Editor for student newspaper, The Sower

I have been working at Concordia University

    Pros

I never thought I would enjoy journalism before I worked for The Sower! While on staff for the past five semesters, I have improved my own writing style, and I have been encouraged to learn how to find and hold pleasant conversation with complete strangers. As Copy Editor, I have branched out and worked with other writers' articles.

    Cons

Not many hours are offered for journalists on the newspaper staff, only about 4-6 per week, but sometimes with school work that's about all I could manage anyway.

    Advice to Management

We need to advertise more for other students to be on staff. It's fun, and a great experience, and it builds confidence; we need to show the student body that being a part of the Sower is beneficial in so many ways!

    Pros

a great place to study, help in career advancement, new technology and best professors in the industry. it is highly recommended.

    Cons

the place is bit crowded, lot of students. It should take care of more job fairs for students, help to give freshers some kind of experience.

    Advice to Management

I would like to advice the management for trying to get more companies in the job fairs.
