Pros – great working atmosphere. the colleagues are generous and helpful. you can also take classes for a subsidized fee. good opportunities for advancement

Cons – bureaucracy, no chance of bringing tangible changes in college, must follow the traditional way of doing business, lack of multiculturalism.

Advice to Senior Management – bring more experienced lecturers, change the tenure system, fund raise more and more aggressively, appeal to the graduating classes by showing how the college is valuable
