    Pros

Large stable company, good benefits, vigorous culture, but most people are pretty laid-back (outside of Sales).

Large bureaucracy with all the trappings (has improved recently), can be difficult to advance within the company,

I worked at Constellation Energy Group as an intern (less than an year)

    Pros

    Great culture
    Good manager interaction
    Good pay and benefits
    Good time off policies

I learned a lot and had a good amount of flexibility with what I wanted to learn/accomplish

    Cons

"Contractor" situation is unfair to some workers who are not technically "employees" but still share the same role as employees
    Could use more training
Little ability to see other parts of the business
Closer oversight could have benefited both me and the business. There were obstacles from time to time that could have been overcome if I had more communication on my direct supervisors' ends.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Give full time offers to great interns!

    Pros

Very high profile company in Baltimore with some of the best employees around.

    Cons

Industry was rocky and the stock was perilous at times. As there was some reduction in force, the morale was low when I left. However, I understand it's better now.
