    I worked at Continental

    Pros

Compensation, work environment, freedom, flexibility, and opportunity for advancement

    Cons

Quality. I think quality suffers as a result of the freedom aspect. They haven't figured out a bulletproof system to make sure every product meets the same standard.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Continue to value employee wellness and morale; this separates Conti from the litany of auto suppliers and attracts grateful minds seeking respite

    Pros

Investment in personal development within organization. If the job doesn't call for interacting beyond your business unit, organization leaders and workers are kind and willing to network.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Invest in expanding use of social media within organization to broaden name recognition and internal networking. For example, promote Conti-intern newsletter on Instagram and facebook.
