Best benefits offered from a private employer in Oregon.

    Anonymous Employee (Current Employee)
    Wilsonville, OR

ProsEmployees who are hired are diverse but each contract/department has their own culture and the culture encourages strong working relationships and bonds. When interest in promotional opportunities is shared with management, the management works with you to develop into the role you're interested in.

ConsCompensation is fair but could be improved to attract the desired talent and work ethics.

Advice to Senior ManagementCommunications from corporate management, through to site management and then filtered down often gets lost in translation and some members of site.operational management don't do as good of a job encouraging positive attitudes and a positive work environment as they could. Too many explicit and illicit threats against job security hurt morale for all employees at all levels.

    Good place to work

Customer Service Representative III (Former Employee)
    Atlanta, GA

ProsWork from home positions and flexible schedules. They will make accommodations for people who are in school or have another job. Employees can bid on other shifts and trade shifts with co-workers.

ConsMicromanagement, I felt like a robot

Advice to Senior ManagementManagement should be more willing to accept the fact that everyone's computer is not the same. If the employee is able to do the work successfully, that should be enough.

Customer Service and Sales Representative II (Current Employee)

ProsVery supportive, helpful, I have only worked here for a few weeks so far but my trainer is WONDERFUL. I feel so supported at work. The people are great. I get along with everyone very well. The whole class are best friends.
