    Pros$10/hr, discounts/perks program save money on movie tickets, don't have to pay to park, free coffee, hot chocolate, water.

    ConsCan only go down the stairs. My project has stricter dress code policy, no flip flops we also have to dress up once a week.

    Advice to Senior ManagementAs incentives to keep employees innovative motivate us by rewarding us each time we get a positive survey. 10 cents or more extra permanently added to checks vs free candy on Fridays would be wonderful.

    ProsConvergys offers great compensation to their employees as well as performance based incentives. Hours can be flexible, based on performance. You can be promoted as soon as a couple months.

    ConsThe nature of the job is customer service. You need to have thick skin and be able to remain professional and courteous to all customers.

    ProsFriendly people, flexible hours, security is a little uptight but it's for the best, follow instructions and everything is fine.

    ProsThe training was great with plenty of growth oppurtunities, flexible schedules, and pretty good benefits. I worked on a project that was work at home only, it was awesome to be able to roll out of bed and straight to work.

    Stressful, but Overall Excellent Opportunity

    ProsYour paycheck is based on the effort you put in. The opportunities to make money are endless. Also, the company loves to promote internally, so there are always opportunities to advance if you work hard and express interest.

    ConsYou're on the phone all day, dealing with upset people which can be mentally exhausting at times. Also, there is a constant push to make team goals. Sometimes it seems difficult to deal, but it's just part of the job and can be accomplished easily with effort.

    Advice to Senior ManagementMost managers do an excellent job motivating and assisting agents. For those who don't, just put more of an effort in to finding out why certain agents are not hitting their goals and what can be done to teach them alternative approaches.
