    Pros

    I have a good experinece as customer service. I feel in a nice environments and I would like to improve my professional life in this company.

    Cons

    I do not have any specifically cons. However, I would like to review the process when make the schedule, because sometimes we have to work more than 5 days continuously.

    Advice to Management

    Some advice could be improve our computers, because some of them are not in good condition to work.

    Pros

    The people are helpful and nice. Always conducts themselves in professional manner. Upper management definitely has their stuff together, very smart.

    Cons

    They micromanage so bad. Makes it hard to continue to meet goals. Once you meet one, it goes higher or they add another Stat we need to meet.

    Yall are amazing. Please expand so I can work for you guy in raleigh nc

    Pros

    Great benefits. Okay scheduling. Get as much overtime as you want when needed.

    Cons

    Comcast services never worked so you will get calls from a lot of angry customers.

    Management was great, Had no problems with them...

    Pros

    During my time at Convergys, I had challenging work to do. I had great support from my management and built high performing teams. There is a strong focus on clients and performance in support of their businesses. I found good performance to be well rewarded. I had opportunities to grow my career over time. Company benefits were reasonable and supported work/life balance. Would rejoin the team if the right opportunity arose.

    Cons

    BPO environments aren't for everyone. Most programs are 24x7, 365 days a year, which means sometimes it's hard to find the work/life balance. BPO's usually have lower compensations rates than industry counterparts, so know that going into a position.

    Advice to Management

    Keep focused on the balance between client and employee needs.

    Pros

    Pay, incentives if your about to sell, the people which im not saying make friends but they also help the time to go by

    Some times the customers are hard to help due to attitudes

    Pros

    Working at home with Convergys (for directv) only has one convenience, you don't have to waste time or money on transportation.

    Cons

    Pay is low
    job is stressful

    Your pushed to make premium sales and no matter how much you accel in other aspects, even if you get highest ratings on customer reviews, if you don't reach the sales goal, they will terminate your employment with them.

    20-50 calls per day
    85% of calls are about lowering bills/unexpected bills. Good luck with sales

    Advice to Management

    No advice, can't think of a way to make the job better, it is how it is.
