Current Employee – been working at CorVel
Pros – Its a laid back place to work that allows employees to work with out a boss that's breathing down your neck. Its a great place to avoid stress
Cons – There is no job growth or changes for advancement if you work in any support area. Accounting, IT, admin assistants all need to look out side the company if they want a promotion.

Current Employee – been working at CorVel
Pros – flexibility with the opportunity to work at home; opportunity to advance if qualifications are met
Cons – poor performers are allowed to continue in their roles; low salaries and horrible benefits; little to no emphasis on professional growth; in a company with licensed professionals there are no CEU offerings by the company
Advice to Senior Management – Identify and get rid of low performers; reward high performers and for goodness sake improve the benefits.
