    Pros

If you worked at the corporate or regional level, it was a good place to work.

    Cons

Working at a campus is a messy environment. Too many people working there who aren't qualified.

    Advice to Management

    It"s too late.

    Pros

Location and building were terrific. Inside offices had pretty much state-of-the-art technology, but systems were loose.

    Cons

After several persons were hired for freelance assignments, they fired almost the entire marketing department after a holiday. Very crazy.

    Advice to Management

Well, now you know how poor management and awful money problems had the doors closed on the Corinthian Colleges. Just remember how many people/students you failed.

    Pros

Working with great individuals, helping students press forward in life and gain a competitive advantage.

    Cons

Too many to list. I think their situation speaks for itself. Campuses are being shut down and people are losing their jobs because policies and procedures were not followed.

    Advice to Management

Quit. Seriously. They shouldve quit a long time ago and the companies outlook may have been much different. Too busy county their money instead of working to help the company.

    Pros

There are no pros for working here anymore. The organization was once profitable, but it it now a nightmare. Most people have quit already, the rest are being laid off. This used to be an alright place to work, but those days are long gone.

    Cons

Constant layoffs, no more money, being shut down by the department of education. Flee from Corinthian/Zenith Education Group. The organization makes last minute decisions that put people's livelihood's in danger.

    Advice to Management

I have no advice, the organization continues to crumble. Unfortunately Corinthian Colleges, Inc. is beyond saving. The parts of the company that are still operating will be close soon enough.
