    Pros

My teammates were awesome I had a very informed boss that I reported to the vacation packages and benefits were great I was reimbursed for a lot of things that I've done with the company.

    Cons

Very hard to move up in the company. Upper management was a little shady

    Advice to Management

Despite all the negative press, I loved my job. I felt that I was treated well and that my supervisors wanted the best things for our students.

Honestly, government regulations and unfair press.

    Advice to Management

Be more humble with the Federal and State governments.

    Pros

Making a positive difference in someone's life, company rewards hard work, quality training provided

    Cons

High regulated industry, expectations of senior management are high, demands are high

    Advice to Management

Slow down a bit, ask your employees for ideas and really listen, care about employees as much as you do students

    Pros

Offer great education to help students who couldn't make it in traditional school. There is a good work/ life balance at least in my department.

    Cons

There is a disconnect between upper management and the campuses. When roll outs happen the end user is not always considered.

Most directors of education on the campus work 14 hour days every day which leads to a high turn over.

    Advice to Management

Better communication, inspect what you expect on campuses.

    Pros

good pay, tuition reimbursement, developed training program for leaders. Never a boring day. Always a litI worked with highly dedicated people and found the Campus Support Center team to always be dedicated and hard-working. Though the student population we work with had numerous challenges, it was highly rewarding to watch them graduate and find employment in their field.

    Cons

high pressure, long hours, little flexibility. It is a very difficult student population to work with. Many have never been successful anywhere else before. The negative publicity surrounding the company is unbelievable.

    Advice to Management

    Too late now
