    Pros

    Strong Team. Supervisor is fair and fun to work with and for. Quality of life is good. Chance for advancement a plus.

    Cons

    No benefits, no pay increase in over a year, way below average salary.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

    Overall doing great on corporate level but give advisement to your franchisees to reward hard work with regular performance increases.

    I worked at Corner Bakery Cafe part-time for more than a year

    Pros

    When I was here, I performed all front of house roles. Everyone was friendly, and everyone was friends with each other. That's what made it fun. Nice 50% employee discount, with free soft drinks. Work was never boring, and it's a great place to train in the food industry, because despite the many tasks & responsibilities, you can move on somewhere else and find it to be a piece of cake in comparison.

    Cons

    A LOT of physical work, you need to be able to lift. it will keep you pretty active. Rush hours can become difficult, as it's usually understaffed.

    i like working there because of a couple of managers. i like some of the employees,

    the hours suck, i would like to work in the morning,but others work in the morning. no communication whatsoever.

    Pros

    Learn a lot, Great experiences, no late hours. Very responsive upper management. Highly demanding, but if you put up with the ridiculous demands and requests of you, there is opportunities abound.

    Cons

    A lot depends on your supervisor, there are a few bad GM's. If you get lucky and your GM treats you right, it is an awesome company to work for.

    Pros

    Decent pay, very nice and friendly employees. The company values customer service very highly, and thus has a decently professional atmosphere.

    Cons

    However, you get bad customers and a decent amount of stress from the workload. A morning cashier will typically handle 100-150 customers, with about 80% of them coming in the 11:45 am to 1: 30 pm time frame. It's a lot of talking.
