    * Most colleagues were helpful and I learned a lot from people with various background
    * Team-based work environment
    * Exposure to top-notch technology
    * The company respects diversity and inclusion

    Cons

    * Total compensation wasn't competitive compared with other companies
    * Downsizing seems to be an annual event and many great talents are moving out
    * Location is not great

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

    Instead of downsizing and letting people go on a regular basis, senior leaders should be aware that Corning is losing talents. Making Wall Street happy is not the only way to help the company grow.

    Most ee's and management try to actually live the values of the company. Good opportunities for hardworking ee's.

    Slow to change. Most manufacturing sites are located in rural locations.
