I have been working at Corrections Corporation of America full-time (more than a year)

    Pros

CCA believes in their employees. They always are willing to listen and open to hearing new ideas. Advancement opportunities really are limitless. They provide fair hearings for all disagreements and are always willing to work with their employees to ensure their success.

    Cons

Corrections is a serious line of work. The conditions can be challenging, but that also makes it much more rewarding. Corrections is similar to law enforcement or the military. Not everyone has what it takes.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Continue to be open to change.
