I worked at Coty full-time for more than a year
Pros – The company treats its employees well. The benefits are also designed to fit the employee. Does well for itself and is, considering, very green.
Cons – As a Corporation it is difficult to account for its' overall shortcomings.
Advice to Senior Management – Before you make moves understand how it will affect the company and the traffic that flows. Also the sorting system is subpar (the planning seems to not cover the whole path).
Yes, I would recommend this company to a friend – I'm optimistic about the outlook for this company

I have been working at Coty full-time for more than 7 years
Pros – Nice people, good pay, good benefits, global company with many locations.
Cons – Upper management can be scatterbrained. Lots of good teachers and philosophizers throughout leadership but the same people have trouble when it comes to coming up with how to do or manage the work and resources. Also a complete lack of motivation to develop or grow employees.
Advice to Senior Management – Not enough coaching and feedback. Too many decisions behind closed doors. No transparency (although getting better). Too little time spent on the production floor. No "teaching by doing" going on.

I have been working at Coty
Pros – The professionalism of the management staff and their work ethic fall in line with my previous work experiences. Because of this, I find the work atmosphere relaxing as well as frantic and fun.
Cons – The schedule can become gruelling for all workers top to bottom. Ensure the leadership takes into account the workers pace and addresses appropriate break and moral boosts to optimize productivity.
Advice to Senior Management – Always understand the complex nature of the human being. Take the time to listen. Even the newest or least important seeming job holder has something to contribute to the overall success of the company. The one time a worker feels he is not important is one time too many.
