    Pros

I love the work environment. You do have a transparent, open working environment as well as an open door policy with your supervisors. I also think the benefits are amazing- especially vacation time. Overall, best job I've had!

    Cons

In a creative position, sometimes you feel a little stifled. As a modern company, I'd love to see more modern, open space working environments.

    Pros

So many to list benefits, benefits, benefits!!! Culture and values oriented and customer/employee focused. They CARE!!

    Cons

I can not think of any cons. I was out after training but that was because I am more customer service oriented than aggressive sales oriented. I hold this company in the highest esteem and will reapply if something more suited to me comes along.

    Advice to Management

Keep on keeping on and may your business be blessed and profitable. It was an honor to train at your company

    Pros

Good pay and free cable Internet and phone service. Benefits are better than most companies and insurance is affordable.

    Cons

Very tough answering phone calls for 10 hours a day. Dealing with misled customers on their services. Push back from phone supervisor s that don't want to help get customers issue resolved or don't feel it's a big deal. Pricing issues for customers constantly.

    Advice to Management

Make better systems for employees to process campaigns and icons system isn't easy to process orders fast. Figure out a way to make employees experience more consistent instead of unsure of products offers other regions issues and better training on home phone building in system for on the phone supervisor that help across the states. Give them more access to the switch of other regions phone.

    Pros

Nice working environment, excellent group of co-workers, good benefits, a very friendly vacation policy, a pension plan which I am now enjoying :)

    Cons

A lot of reorganizations that most of the time seemed poorly planned out and executed. Example was to bring someone in from Colorado and then laying him off eight months later. Not real bright. Reason I left was I would have had to relocate to Atlanta to keep a job. Never gonna happen!

    Advice to Management

Value your customer facing employees in Tech Support and Account Services more!!!
