Pros – One of the best things about this company is definitely their benefits. They are a very flexible company and management is really laid back. The company is casual and laid back due to the French culture, which makes it a wonderful environment to work in.

Cons – I heard one of the downsides is the limited growth opportunity, but have not yet experienced it. The company tend to hire people from outside instead of promoting from within.

Advice to Senior Management – I think that the management is doing a great job and they should keep doing what they're doing because they are understanding and flexible.

Cons – New regime took over. Horrible interlopers from BNP joined the bank

Advice to Senior Management – Weed out bad management in order to maintain a cohesive environment.

- Good recreational activities for enjoyment
- Challenging development work

Cons – - No perks and benefits when you are external contractor except leaves (VL and SL).

Strong relationship with France based conglomerates.
Willing to give opportunities to young ppl, to foreign students.
Lunch is good and cheap, lol

Cons – French culture which can shock Anglo-saxxon or oriental employees.
Hierarchic, sometimes bureaucratic
Too quiet, in term of working atmosphere...
3-tier bank world-wide
Lack of liquidity
