I have been working at Creative Circle full-time (More than 8 years)

    Pros

I've been working for Creative Circle for close to 10 years and can honestly say I love my job! The company has always had a genuine interest in my career and given me all the necessary tools to be successful. I might be the only person on the planet that is excited on Sunday nights that I get to go into work on Mondays! The days go by fast, I get to work with high level talent and clients and on top of it, I get paid to do this! It doesn't feel like a job. I feel like the luckiest girl on the planet to have gotten this job! A few of my favorite parts of this job: Helping people find new opportunities and jobs The fast paced environment, days go by so quickly! The culture, we truly strive to have fun while we are working Meeting with extremely talented folks in Advertising and Marketing The list goes on!

    Cons

I honestly cannot say anything bad about this company! They truly take good care of their employees!

I worked at Creative Circle full-time

    Pros

Fun office culture, goal driven, fast-paced, and rewarding to be a resource for creative professionals looking for work

    Cons

I think the biggest misconception is that Creative Circle is a head hunter service so you do encounter a lot of confusion since a lot of people don't realize it's a staffing agency.

    Advice to Management

The management was great! They have roles within the office as well so it's inspiring to see them work just as hard (if not harder) as everyone else.

    Pros

Creative Circle specializes in design jobs.

    Cons

The only con is that they do not have an office closer than Charlotte but I think that will change eventually.

I have been working at Creative Circle as a contractor

    Pros

If you work hard for them, they will work hard for you. Good at connecting with different types of design jobs.

    Cons

There is no real down side to this company. Just like any other talent agency, you are responsible for your own work and hireability, they do the rest.

    Advice to Management

Benefits could be better for the contractors, although I know that has been a difficult area to negotiate given the recent changes in healthcare laws.

  7. Great Help to Find Design Gigs

    Pros

The creative circle staff works really hard to make sure that candidates (us job seekers) are placed in jobs that are relevant to their interests and appropriate to their skill level. Working with creative circle takes some of the stress out of freelancing as all their clients (the people we actually work for) are responsible and legit.

    Cons

As with all freelance/talent agencies, it can be hard to get consistent and dependable work.

I worked at Creative Circle (More than a year)

    Pros

You get paid every week, this is rare in freelance work. Someone will call you everyday with work--this was the only agency that kept me working

    Cons

I can't think of anything not to like about them, seriously!

    Pros

-Strong training program -highly competitive compensation plan & incentives -Culture is fun, energetic, hard-working, competitive, supportive, and respectful -Even though Creative Circle is at 22+ offices, it feels like one big, connected family

    Cons

If you're a hard-working person who thrives on competition and is inspired by both the people and the work that comes out of the creative/interactive/advertising/marketing industry; you really wont find much wrong with this company.
