    Pros

I've been working for Creative Circle for close to 10 years and can honestly say I love my job! The company has always had a genuine interest in my career and given me all the necessary tools to be successful. I might be the only person on the planet that is excited on Sunday nights that I get to go into work on Mondays! The days go by fast, I get to work with high level talent and clients and on top of it, I get paid to do this!

It doesn't feel like a job. I feel like the luckiest girl on the planet to have gotten this job!

A few of my favorite parts of this job:

Helping people find new opportunities and jobs
The fast paced environment, days go by so quickly!
The culture, we truly strive to have fun while we are working
Meeting with extremely talented folks in Advertising and Marketing
    The list goes on!

    Cons

I honestly cannot say anything bad about this company! They truly take good care of their employees!

    Pros

    -Strong training program
-highly competitive compensation plan & incentives
-Culture is fun, energetic, hard-working, competitive, supportive, and respectful
-Even though Creative Circle is at 22+ offices, it feels like one big, connected family

    Cons

If you're a hard-working person who thrives on competition and is inspired by both the people and the work that comes out of the creative/interactive/advertising/marketing industry; you really wont find much wrong with this company.

    Pros

I've worked with Creative Circle for over 7 years and I'm glad to be part of an amazing group of people. Every employee is passionate about what they do and always strive to get better in an industry that is consistently changing. Creative Circle offers medical, 401(k), vacation, holiday pay and most importantly a work/life balance. The best feeling is knowing that your teammates care and believe in the company core values just as much as you do.

    Cons

The expectations set are high but why would you ever want to work for an employer that doesn't tap into your highest potential.

    Pros

Creative Circle is a progressive company. A company that cares about their employees and gives back. We have full benefits, 401k with matching, numerous incentive programs, extensive and ongoing training. This is a great place to put your agency and creative skills to good use. Great work/life balance.

Many of the negative reviews on this site are from people either in the email database that have never been contacted or people that have been contacted and for (some) reason weren't able to be placed. Creative Circle is one of many resources to a select group of people. As much as we'd like to help everyone and truly do try, it doesn't always happen.

When you work AT Creative Circle you will be surrounded by the most ambitious, driven, positive and caring people in town.

    Cons

This isn't a "con" but Creative Circle isn't a place for the lazy. You have to work hard in order to play hard. And, it is very difficult to manage a high volume of calls and emails from creatives that are in need of work but Creative Circle gives you the tools to manage this. You can't help every single creative person that walks through the doors, but we definitely try.

    Advice to Management

Keep up the great work! All of the new benefits are amazing!

    Pros

I worked for CC for 3 months before being permanently hired. They worked with me during the interview process and the months I worked for them before being offered a full time job by the company. Amazing placement agency with talented individuals.

    Cons

No that I can think of. Overall a great experience.

    Advice to Management

Keep up with the good work!

    Pros

Friendly staff who actively want to find you a job, not just because it's their job but because they enjoy helping people find creative gigs. The recruiters have industry experience, so they've always given me good career advice and tips. They also deal with any client issues so you don't have to.

    Cons

They take a cut of your rate like any other staffing agency (they are a business, after all) but considering they found me the job, it's a lot more than the $0/per hour I was making!
