    Pros- Great compensation package, not just salary but also other flexible benefits, including exclusive access to CS gym if you work in London Canary Wharf
    - People are welcoming and friendly, and you are supported in making a contribution as well as if you want to move around within the firm

    Cons- Don't think there are any major cons here, could develop internal training courses a bit though

    ConsBig differences in work-culture between the several departments inside investment banking, but generally nice people
