Pros – Don't work for them. Low paying.
Cons – 28 hours is full time. Management favoritism.
Pros – Family atmosphere at my location, good pay for my position if you work hard.
Cons – Seems like it is very hard to get the tools to do the job. Also, when it is slow, it is very slow. Can be seasonal.
Advice to Senior Management – Get employees what they need to do the job!

Pros – Some of the people are okay
Cons – Only interested in the bottom line (i.e. spend as little money as possible)
Lied to staff when they took over. They told us nothing would change, and they promptly fired the Rooms Division Manager, F & B Manager, and HR Director because they were being paid too much.
They complain when the lowest paid staff members get an extra hour of overtime.
Advice to Senior Management – Be honest when you say nothing will change
