    Pros

    Amazing Benefits
    Great Work Environment
    Friendly and Approachable Executives
    Knowledgeable and Involved Supervisors
    Flexible Hours

    Cons

Full-time employment opportunities are highly competitive, and can leave some competent contractors searching for years on end. Even less opportunities for entry-level workers, since a lot of the hires seem to be internal.

    Advice to Management

I am using this as a comments section. As for advice to the management, I honestly can't think of any, aside from computer program tutorials to help establish a standard for tower structural analyst. This is a large, and steadily growing company. I worked as a contractor in the Engineering Operations department at CCI's corporate for the last year in Canonsburg, PA. The ratings are my impressions based on casual conversations with close friends and employees in multiple departments.

    Pros

Flexible work hours, emphasis on work / family balance.

    Cons

Although a telecommunications company, has yet to embrace the value of telecommuting. Affects productivity of the employees in wasted commuting time during different circumstances.

    Pros

Respectful work environment, excellent co-workers, professionalism. Solid pay.

    Cons

So much growth in a short period of time is straining HR and IT resources. Interdepartmental relationships could be more efficient and clearly defined. Increased demand for labor is met by hiring temps with seemingly high turnover. Initial training is barebones. That said, this is the best large corporation I've worked for.

    Pros

Crown Castle has great benefits and the work environment is filled with helpful people who are open to new ideas. Crown Castle is a company with it's priorities in order and where employees are encouraged to thrive. This company is very team oriented and management has been very supportive.

    Cons

As with any new venture, Crown Castle is working diligently to be come the premier provider in the Small Cell and DAS industry. With that comes some growing pains, but they are easing daily.

    Advice to Management

Because the Small Cell division is growing so rapidly, communication between the teams is crucial to success. Focusing on opening that communication between installation and support would be very beneficial and keeping it open will help Crown Castle ensure it is the premier SCN/DAS provider in the industry.

    Cons
