    Pros

The Nurses are the best around.

    Cons

Upper management makes the worst decisions I have ever seen.

    Advice to Management

Work in the trenches and see what your nurses are dealing with and the barriers that are placed on them.

    Pros

Pay is top for nurses. That is one of the only reasons nurses stay here.

    Cons

Administration is all about money and not patient care. This place could top all others if the needs of the patients were put first and not the almighty dollar.
