    Good Gym To Work as Personal Trainer

    ProsBetter starting commission percentage. PT staff is nice and not too competitive with each other.

    ConsPeople gossip a lot, but that's typical of gyms.

    Advice to Senior ManagementManagement changed after I left so I don't know.

    Great staff.
    Innovative, cutting-edge well-trained instructors.
    Flexible, and a fun place to work.
    Overall it is a very good experience working at Crunch.

    ConsOne has to jockey to get classes, it can be political.
    Sometime equipment needs to be replaced or needs repairs, it can be hard to get the attention of senior management.

    Advice to Senior ManagementContinue to offer instructor trainings, and keep the classes innovative. Perhaps have an online forum where employees can post suggestions, tips etc.

    Prosa huge amount of knowledge from the people who you work with. Teaches you the basics of a high demand sales jobs.

    ConsA lot of cold calling outside prospecting and down time. Respect from others in industry must be earned. Did I mention cold calls?

    Advice to Senior ManagementTreat employees as people not just a number. Be involved with realistic quoatas at attainable times. This is Crunch, not 24hr fitness
