Good Company to make a career and stay in, bad if you want to move.

    Pros

Best compensation, best benefits. Amazing mix of people from various cultures.

    Cons

Bad Managers, The senior management seems to like people who brownnose them. No support from the front line managers even on huge projects.Bad Work/Life balance, 12-14 hours of work in the name of flexible work hours. No support to people after they leave the firm, in terms to giving them referral letters, apparently "They have stopped giving referral letters". Why? Because they feel like. Wasting money on parties.

    Advice to Management

Please try to see what your front line managers are doing to the individuals in their teams. Some of the individuals are getting pancaked to give you what you want (not what is right).

    Pros

Energetic environment Lively, helpful people Approachable seniors (most of them) Nice office, and facilities

    Cons

After sometime into work, it gets too repetitive and growth curve plateaus. This also depends on the team and the level of work you join.

    Pros

Great domain exposure if you land up in right team..

    Cons

No control of which team you would get selected into.. hence be sure to let the interviewee know of your preferences, or discuss about the same. Exposure to client side, and onsite exposure is highly limited. Company is in cost cutting mode since last few years, with HR policy changing visibly in that direction. Few people in HR make the HR polarised, and HR as a whole function biased towards the policies and proposals suggested by them without soliciting input from others.

    Advice to Management

Need to recognize employees contribution in more ways than just salary, and salary also is no more competitive in the market anymore with many startup s also paying equally good or better with a better technical exposure and better onsite opportunities. Need to be more transparent, and participate in surveys such as Great places to work in India.
