    Pros

Overall a good company. Medium size. Quick promotions if you're willing to learn and put yourself out there. Just hold down a role for a year

    Cons

Age gap between older and younger
Little bit of age discrimination in the office if you're younger
    Don't really do anything together
    Seems to lack an identity

    Advice to Management

    Consider skill set, not age
Focus on communicating with employees on company changes (crude pricing, lay offs?)
    Couple trouble makers, need removed.

    Pros

Great boss and flexible schedule makes the job enjoyable. Because of the business growth strategy of DCP Midstream and the MLP there are never two days the same.

    Cons

The work life ratio is not good. There is not a large enough staff the comfortably take any time off. The piled up workload upon return can be insurmountable.

    Advice to Management

Job retention among newer employees is of serious concern and the older employees are getting worn out. Also the Simply Well program is very annoying.
