    Pros

Good vacation time, good work group in my area, great pay, can always transfer into other job fields if you are willing to move. Good benefits. Safety focused.

    Cons

Sometimes the o.t. can be tough. weird gimmicky corporate initiatives (dcp2020). Tight budgets. Hard to get new vehicles.

    Advice to Management

    Stop the gimmicks

    Pros

    Pay is adequate (for now)
    Benefits
    Work schedule
    Small work environment

    Cons

Supervisors are too thinly stretched - I often find myself distracted from my duties to cover theirs
I am often required to travel 100+ miles to attend 1-4 hours of mindless meetings/training
    No company vehicle for operators/utilities
Training department non-existent until time to advance, when they manifest as an impregnable barrier one must overcome
Budget restrictions often result in undesirable conditions and inadequate resources to perform duties
Corporate is caught up in frivolous gimmicks (DCP2020) instead of fixing real issues mentioned above

    Pros

Great pay, good benefits, nice people, enjoyable job. Decent work/life balance.

    Cons

Lay-offs, constant change, uncertainty. First we were told our jobs are safe; then they said they are closing two offices, now they want to keep one open and close the other.

    Advice to Management

Provide employees with a sense of stability or they will leave for greener pastures.

    Pros

Overall a good company. Medium size. Quick promotions if you're willing to learn and put yourself out there. Just hold down a role for a year

    Cons

Age gap between older and younger
Little bit of age discrimination in the office if you're younger
    Don't really do anything together
    Seems to lack an identity

    Advice to Management

    Consider skill set, not age
Focus on communicating with employees on company changes (crude pricing, lay offs?)
    Couple trouble makers, need removed.

    Pros

Safety is very important to the company. The benefits are pretty good. The vacation is good unless you are young. My experience has gone well but I'm reluctant to change mangers because they make or break your experience.

    Cons

It a disaster. No one follows process and there aren't consequences. HR really knows how to disappoint an employee trying to move departments. It's better to leave the company and come back. People are great at coming up with ideas but follow through and maintenance are a consistent problem
