    Pros

    great sales team, great products

    Cons

    hard to keep hot items in stock, lack of organization, lack of structure, lack of communication between departments, lack of clear cut hierarchy

    I have been working at DCS full-time (more than 5 years)

    Pros

    Easy money. The job is a very easy telemarketing job. You are more of an order taker than a salesperson. The job requirements are low. All you have to do is show up and answer a phone. Not much is expected out of their employees.

    Cons

    Upper management doesn't appreciate the staff. They do not treat them as people. There is a hostile culture that leads through fear and intimidation. Management lacks the necessary education and training to be an effective manager.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

    Don't be afraid to hire strangers. Hire people that are qualified for the job. It may cost more to hire a true professional, but a professional would be key to driving growth and profitability. I worked for the company for almost a decade and do not know what the company values were/are. The office culture is hostile and depressing; it is a direct reflection of management.

    Good resume builder. Easy money

    Cons

    Terrible management. It is clear that management does not value their employees. The ethics behind the business model are questionable at best.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

    Increase the benefit package. Stop hiring family and friends that aren't qualified for the job positions. Consider going back to college or training to improve management skills.
