Current Employee – been working at DENSO
Pros – Denso is a fast growing company. They focus a lot on quality. There is also good training provided in Japan.
Cons – Company is own by a non United State company. The work ethic and enivronment may take some getting use to.
Advice to Senior Management – My recommendation is to provide for room for growth and development of an employee within the company. This would attract more US workers.
