    Pros

Location, easy jobs. Nothing too physically straining. Rather clean, due to it being new. Facilities are pretty decent.

I have been working at DENSO

    Pros

Denso is a fast growing company. They focus a lot on quality. There is also good training provided in Japan.

    Cons

Company is own by a non United State company. The work ethic and enivronment may take some getting use to.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

My recommendation is to provide for room for growth and development of an employee within the company. This would attract more US workers.
