Prosfamily like atmosphere. it isn't really high-pressure work environment.

Consif you are very success-oriented, this is not a recommended work place. it's very relaxed and you can pretty much slack off without getting noticed

ProsDenso is a fast growing company. They focus a lot on quality. There is also good training provided in Japan.

ConsCompany is own by a non United State company. The work ethic and enivronment may take some getting use to.

Advice to Senior ManagementMy recommendation is to provide for room for growth and development of an employee within the company. This would attract more US workers.
