Current Employee – been working at DG3
Pros – The only positive thing I can say is that I liked most of the people I worked with. Not the company or managers/directors in place.
Cons – I would not suggest anyone apply. They do not look at why moral is so bad and even if they do, they don't care. Bottom line, they will work you to exhaustion and expect you to be happy that you're being abused.
Advice to Senior Management – My advice is to look more at what people are doing and giving up for you and not how you can take more from those who only have a little. You are a horrid company to work for.
