    Pros

    Company offered excellent training and support. Management worked with employees to ensure that production quotas were met. Employees supported each other. Overtime as all but guaranteed.

    Cons

    The hours could be quite long based on the amount of assigned installations and their potential difficulty. Overtime as all but guaranteed.

    Pros

    Free DTV, and free equipment. You get to meet a lot of different people; customers and people you work with, so you'll definitely build a good contact list working here. Plus, everyone is usually happy to see the installer.

    Cons

    Long hours, and its hard work as a technician. Most people are happy to see you at their door, but you'd be surprised how upset people can get - when it comes to line of sight issues.

    Advice to Management

    Stop blaming the tech for EVERYTHING. Train CSR's to not diagnose service calls over the phone. Get rid of retailers altogether, they are shadey, shadey, shadey. Having to rebuild a retailer install from scratch really sucks.

    Pros

    Decent pay. On slow days was sometimes given the option to go home early. Excellent benefits, especially the the health insurance. Option to have free DirecTv service. There are some career opportunities, as well.

    Cons

    Dealing with horrible customers every day. Schedule was extremely rigid. Sometimes mandatory overtime. Stuck in a cubicle all day. Almost always constant calls.

    Advice to Management

    Management does try to make the job a little more fun with daily and monthly contests with pretty good prizes.

    Good pay benefits I love for working for them my cons will sound like I don't. It's just I see areas that need to be re-evaluated

    Cons

    Take rate and CCK is out reach for some because of the area we work so it should be looked at and also 2% on SIN30 really? I feel there is no room for mistakes at all when you are reaching for 25% incentive. Also how about when storms hit and tornados come through take out dishes why can't there be a buffer for that so it doesn't affect our metrics.
