    Pros

It is a large and stable organization in a great city. Good comp and benefits, can make a decent amount of money. Decent work-life balance. Certain departments offer training in forward thinking technology

    Cons

Can definitely have a glass ceiling on your advancement and a lot of people get stuck into their positions for years. When I was there, they had strict rules in terms of hours that alienated the employee base

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Try to improve the company culture and making the company a more exciting place to be. Promote talent

    Pros

Pay was nice and the people you worked with were kind.

    Cons

    Scheduling was awful
Managers didn't really care about their employees, quick to fire.
You're probably less likely to get hired as a representative if you have higher education.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Make sure you take care of your employees.

    Pros

Training is a great pro. They are constantly developing good practices. Another pro would be the amount of days worked in a week. There is great communication on the first 3 levels of the chain.

    Cons

No face to face interaction with other groups of the company. Another con would be not enough hours available to work in a week. Higher pay for Promotions and certifications. More opportunities for employees with out a degree.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

No complaints as of yet. Continue to keep the lines of communication open.

    Pros

Flexible schedule , freedom to work on your own

    Cons

Salary, Warehouse employees starting salary is 10.25 a hour. As a inventory specialist at you dish, if you do your job correctly you are actually a Warehouse Manager without the title and no where near the pay. We do all purchases and manage and order and ship all equipment in and out of the warehouse. Where else where 10 dollars a hour just pays someone to do cycle counts and move boxes.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Pay their people more to be able to expect more.

    Pros

Benefits are okay. One package was bad enough that it had to be scraped for the ACA. Fairly consistent hours, OT pay, even though they try to avoid OT. 80 hours (2 weeks) paid time off a year.

    Cons

Lots of having to go through managers who don't do things to get things done. If you want something done, you usually have to tell the right person to get the ball rolling, and even then it takes a few days. Everything requires paper pushing and exact rules down to where items can be on the floor.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Raise pay, install a few extra A/C compressors and vents (it's hot!), and realize employees are people.

    Pros

The work environment at the call center was amazing. Everyone was extremely welcoming and helpful. Managers were very hands-on and co-workers were very helpful.

    Cons

I did not like how sales were constantly pushed and overtime was not really paid. The hours were not that flexible with my school schedule.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Focus more on training qualified managers and instilling a strong team environment.
