I have been working at DTI full-time (more than 10 years)

    Pros

Caring management team who look out for their people. Smart co workers who are team oriented. Lots of growth opportunities. Acquiring companies left and right which leads to more positions and opportunities within the organization.

    Cons

Consistency of practices based on number of acquisitions. Benefits costs are high for employees. communication avenues are getting better but still a challenge for a large, constantly changing organization

    Cons

Not all job types are available in all the cities that DTI is in so you may have to relocate. This could be a con or a plus.

I worked at DTI as a contractor (less than an year)

    Pros

They really cared about me as an employee. When I was turned down for an assignment, they later hired me again when they wanted more people. When I was let go, they even returned my phone calls to explain why.

    Cons

I don't have many complaints about DTI other than that I felt like I did not always know what was going on. I felt like I was being kept in the dark about things.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Please keep your employees a little more informed and involved in the decision-making process. I felt like I was being kept in the dark about things.

I have been working at DTI full-time (more than an year)

    Pros

DTI is a solid company with a vision, that is growing and hiring in this difficult economy. They seem to genuinely care about the employees and offer a very friendly work environment. The HR/Recruiting team did a great job of on-boarding me when I joined the company. My management team made sure that I had all of the tools needed to do my job from the start. Communication from all levels is excellent. I see a long term future with this company and look forward to continuing to contribute to the success of DTI.

    Cons

Not much bad to say here.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Keep growing the company and look to Europe and the Pacific Rim.
