generally nice people that make it an ok place to work

Seems like management tries to make people believe they won't be able to succeed if they leave. Some changes are being made to the company for the better, unfortunately the lack of training and product improvement is going to sink this company.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Get rid of the dead weight and get some accountable managers that actually care about the staff, advertisers and the community. Pay your people what they are worth and keep them up to date on the changing industry.

The people here are generally competent and great co-workers. The benefit package is above average. There is a good team feeling among the employees in spite of the lack of support from management. It's sort of an us vs. them mentality. We put out a great product in spite of management.

Lousy pay. Management that is out of touch with its workforce. Lack of support from management.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Pay your people a decent salary. Respect them.
