I worked at Dairy Queen full-time (more than a year)

    Pros

The people to work with are great and very supportive - it takes a while to really learn the ins and outs of the business because of how many dessert offerings there are. I could see myself being promoted multiple times if I had not left.

    Cons

There is not much development that occurs in the company after some time - it is very easy to plateau and not learn as much as you'd like to after a couple months of working.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

The management should be there at all times to help the employees develop and become better team leaders and contributors.
