    Rewarding!

    Anonymous Employee (Current Employee)

ProsAs a GM, I get great satisfaction when hiring, training, scheduling, ordering, and everything else that goes into making sure a restaurant runs properly. The owners of this particular store are great to work for, and the kids we employ make a great team.

ConsLong hours standing, but that is part of any restaurant job. Sometimes, it is also stressful when dealing with an employee who does not take the responsibility they need to.

    Hot Eats, Cool Treats

    Front Line/Cashier (Former Employee)

ProsThis was a great first job to have. Got to learn how to interact with customers and how restaurants work.

What made the experience really fun was working with a great team of positive people. It was fun working in a team environment and learning how the desserts and hot foods were made. Working with ice cream is really fun.

ConsLow pay and sometimes having to clean messes made by customers.

Advice to Senior ManagementKeep the team environment alive.
