    Overtime and meeting new people!

    Everything! Leadership is unknowledgeable and rude and obnoxious!!

    Learn to talk with employees. DO NOT ABUSE EMPLOYEES AND TAKE SIDES WITH THEIR FAVORITES LEARN SOME MANNERS!!!!!

    Bus drop from SEEPZ to Andheri Station East

    1. Team Leaders and their employees are doing Corporate Ragging with new Employees
    2. Less Salary
    3. Worst H.R Department
    4. Team Leaders are removing frustrations on new employees

    Advice to Management

    1. Please don't stalk social media accounts of former employees
    2. Give more salary to freshers.
    3. Please make more improvement on H.R Department

    1. Canteen is good.
    2. Security people were helpful with all employees.

    Cons

    Less Salary.
    H.R Dept is worst.
    Team Leader and his team mates are doing corporate ragging.
    People are stalking employees social media platforms.

    Advice to Management

    Don't stalk former employees social media flatforms.
    Don't do corporate ragging on new employees.
    Give more salary to freshers.

    no good Hike..HR do not listen to you.

    please analyse the attrition rate of chennai, why employees are absconding?
    pitch for good new projects

    Only plus point is - It's CMMI Level company

    Cons

    No CMMI Process following.Full of politics.No appreciation for your work.You'll find people with zero knowledge above you.

    Hire people by there merit not by only PM's decision or reference.

    Salary on time
    Good Bus Service

    Ignorant yet egoistic Management
    Confused on the roles
    Reporting structure can be changed on moods of reporting manager
    Multiple ownership of assignments thus preventing you to focus on a single one.
    Technical Architect = Project Leader
    Technical Leader = Developer
    Project Manager = God
    Business Head = Unreachable
    Complete failure of leadership
    People= reusable resources attitude of Management
    Tall hierarchy and voice of common man cannot be heard to top management/ invisible to top management
    No Vision, No Mission, No Values

    Advice to Management

    Flatten the reporting structure. Be more open to employees. Treat employees as internal customers and partners rather than dirt. Maintain a relavent reporting structure. Be more social with the people reporting to you. Have a good vision, Ensure that values are met.
    HR to be more interactive. Recruit more Unit HRs for grievances. Stop treating employees like dirt.
