Everyone wants to get out...very low employee morale and no concern for employee motivation and productivity

    Vienna, VA

    ProsGood review and feedback process.
    Good compensation.

ConsVery low employee satisfaction and morale -- leading to high annual turnover (50%+)
Poor communication of important decisions affecting employees
Poor allocation of resources (employees as well as costs)
Recruiting process is deceptive about work culture
Very variable in lifestyle, hours and management style depending on who's your manager
Staffing process is arbitrary and unfair, human resource policies are poor.

Advice to Senior ManagementTry and learn about how to effectively manage your human resources. Realize the value of current employee knowledge, especially given the lack of training. Pay more attention to work life balance.
