Cons – the management sucks. the entire set up should be overhauled!

“Nothing like getting it up the hooper”
Former Employee – worked at Dell Canada
Pros – The money was good. Over all the compensation for the role was great. The onboarding was prettty good too however
Cons – Management did not let employees get a chance to grow in their roles. They were too quick to say you were doing a bad job even though you were not.
Advice to Senior Management – If you decide to give employees the ability to run their territory as their territory then let them. To much drama
