Current Employee – been working at Deloitte
Pros – Deloitte provides a solid environment to develop skills and learn in an environment with some of the top leadership in the industry. Deloitte has good compensation and learning programs and the wide variety of available work provides a solid place to begin a career.
Cons – In Tokyo the work life balance is difficult to maintain due to the nature of business in Japan. Also, the firm is still learning how to fit in well as a part of the global firm which leaves many gaps between the global (or US) firm and the local firm here in Japan.
Advice to Senior Management – Keep working towards representing the value of Deloitte and fit well into the Japanese business landscape.
Yes, I would recommend this company to a friend
