    Pros

    Training (especially Deloitte University), employees have good backgrounds and are typically smart/work hard, Traveling is the best!

    Cons

    Management does not listen to employees, PTO is "given" to employees but no one is actually able to use it because it will affect your utilization, the Federal Arm of Deloitte needs a lot more work to be up to par with the Commercial Practice. Additionally, if you join the company with experience (and sometimes already a graduate degree in hand), you will not be compensated for all of that - Deloitte wants to mold you in their own way. That's why it is best to join as a new hire, right out of school!
