Pros – 50% discount off employee meals
Cons – countless cons, pay, revolving management, broken equipment etc
Advice to Senior Management – Value your good teammembers not the things you can get from cheating them

“Dennys provdies good pay and advancement opportunity.”
Former Employee – worked at Denny's
Pros – Dennys promotes from within. I started as a server and moved easily into managment in a short period of time.
Cons – Biggest down side would be the "we never close" schedule.
