ProsGood work-life balance and a global footprint help one explore the corners of the world.

ConsOld school beliefs and resistance to change have dampened the growth of the bank outside European Union.

Advice to Senior ManagementThis time to expand in the right verticals across USA, specially the west coast and in India and China with a different perspective is now.

    Job security

    Compliance (Current Employee) Jacksonville, FL

    ProsJob security, good benefits, location

ConsSalary, endless overtime hours with no compensation, unrealistic job expectations

Advice to Senior ManagementCompensation evaluations should be done, the employees are underpaid for the amount of experience they have and the industry they work in.

Senior Operations Analyst (Current Employee) Jacksonville, FL

ProsWork life balance is good, office is close to the beach and Towncenter.

ConsVery difficult to move locations, training is non-existent and Series License is very difficult to get sponsorship.

Advice to Senior ManagementPay employees more with bonus packages available for good performance reviews. More management training for senior analyst.

Overall Positive but Opportunities of Growth are Limited.

Business Manager (Current Employee) Houston, TX

ProsA global company with an international reach.

ConsHectic work schedules, to much politics, very few opportunities for growth. Growth is much easier out of the London or German Offices. Any other office would be considered a satellite office with very few opportunities to grow.

Advice to Senior ManagementPay attention to the needs of your people. Quite a bit of good talent moves on when they see no potential of growth. The political climate of turning the other cheek needs to change as well.

Good pay. Boring work. Bad Management.

    Data (Current Employee) Cary, NC

ProsPay is very good comparative to the local market.
Good benefits. Good holiday allowance and 401k.

ConsEgotistical and ineffective management are out of touch with the majority of staff and seemingly the rest of the organization. A bulk of management on every project with relatively few technologists.

The center's leadership team strut with arrogance and little care, knowledge or technical capability to provide career management leaving many to be overlooked whilst they cover their backs amongst the head-spinning amount of organization changes.

Most of the coding challenges are mundane with no aspirations of innovation. New technology is not important here and neither is entrepreneurial spirit. If you can shout the loudest and intimidate the most then you have a chance of doing ok.

Advice to Senior ManagementLearn from the high performance culture training you provided and reflect on whether you fit what you portray or are just a bad parody. Sadly 90% of our center believe the latter.
