I worked at Deutsche Bank full-time for more than 3 years

    Pros

It's really good experience with high level clients and lots of responsibility. Good benefits, time off, and lots of extra curricular activities such as sports clubs (they love soccer and golf).

    Cons

The reason they are in Jacksonville is because they can get quality work at a lower price than in NY and Jersey and it's average financial services pay. It's very much a grind and long hours and can get quite confrontational.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Management doesn't evaluate employees on true merit. They back fill evaluations to match the dollars HR tells them then can spend.

I worked at Deutsche Bank as a contractor for less than a year

    Pros

Incredibly smart people work here and there is so much to lean from them. An a personal level, I've found them to be very patient and willing to help with advice and direction when needed. The environment is fast paced but not overwhelming.

    Cons

Staff can be competitive. With such a talented pool of professionals, standing out is not easy.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

When staff members indicate that they would like to pursue outside training to improve their performance, encourage it.
