I have been working at Deutsche Bank full-time (more than 10 years)

    Pros

Good benefits, people, use of technology and nice work areas. Very professional culture. People I have worked with and worked for have been hard working, take their responsibilities seriously and expect others to act the same way. Hard work is rewarded.

    Cons

No job security. Title/years of service don't matter. If they need to save money by reducing headcount, everybody's head is on the chopping block. But I'm sure that is true everywhere. Workload can be heavy. I worked a lot of overtime just to keep up as an admin, analysts seemed to live there.

Entrepreneurial mindset lets you add value by suggesting better ways to do business. Very engaging! The opportunity to feel ownership on projects drives you to work harder.

    Cons

Same mentality of allowing responsibility from the first days in the job make it more stressful since you have a personal commitment to yourself

I worked at Deutsche Bank full-time (more than 10 years)

    Pros

My years at Deutsche Bank were very rewarding.
There is a balance of life/work experiences for working mothers. I was a single working mother with 3 children and the manager assisted me by giving me flexible working hours. This allowed me to work while my children were in school and I was with them when needed.
    Salary was good
The great managers were very conscious of the team members and worked with us to achieve our potentials in the department. There was always opportunities to cross train with other departments.

    Cons

some employees worked very long hours

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

People makes the organization and this is the key and most important ingredient for a successful organization. Hence always be mindful to appreciate and compensate the employees for the work and accomplishments.
