Growing company with great opportunity to build your resume if self-motivated.

Middle Management (Former Employee) Orem, UT

ProsGreat chance to build your resume if you can show you're competent. There are always new projects to be done, you just need to take initiative to get involved.

    ConsNot a pay leader.
Human resources has had several major systems changes in the last year and has lacked a clear direction.
The summer door-to-door salesman culture isn't for everybody.

Advice to Senior ManagementThe BBB rating isn't going to fix itself doing business as usual. Make inside sales growth a priority instead of the summer door-to-door program. Also, stop hiring back summer sales managers that you've fired in the past.

Tough job but can be rewarding.

Security Account Representative (Current Employee) Plymouth, MI

ProsDevcon has a good, and competitive comp plan, as well as a good benefits package minus 401k.

    ConsPolicy changes by the second.
    Impossible credit policy
Terrible field support, it's like everyone there is new always.
They tend to have issues in there billing department, at least they do with my customers and my personal account.
Left hand doesn't often talk to the right one
Almost no company generated sales leads, any and all business you get will be on the self-generated business you obtain.

No, I would not recommend this company to a friend
