    Pros

Casual dress, pretty simple job for the most part depending on your program of course. Easy interviewing process. Attendance policy pretty relaxed for the most part.

    Cons

No job security whatsoever, everyday I felt like I was expendable. Depressing atmosphere, low pay and no sense of accomplishment after a day's work.

    Advice to Management

Increase job security and increase pay.

    Pros

They will hire anyone, it is very rare when someone does not get hired. Depending on your campaign and supervisor they may be flexible with your schedules otherwise they don't care. Do a good job and be on your supervisor's good side and you may get promotions.

    Cons

There is no professional ethic, the company/campaigns expects a lot from you however you as an employee don't get much back. You better be on your supervisor's good side all the time since that's how you get rewarded and promoted apparently, if you're on their bad side they will find every single possible way to fire you and make sure you don't get unemployment! They expect everyone to act like professional when the reality is they don't hire good professionals, and if they do they find a way to get rid of them or move them to a different campaign. You don't have sick leave, vacation time, the only thing you have paid time off and it takes forever to accumulate a decent amount of hours. Not to forget the Medical Insurance is overpriced for hourly employees and it's the benefits are crappy. And last but not least there's a lot of drama.

    Advice to Management

Hire professionals that have ethic, and give your employees better benefits, sick and vacation leave!

    Pros

Have the schedule I needed to work around personal life.

    Cons

Been here TWO years and still NO raise; Got passed up for a promotion even though I am the senior agent here; Corporate office in Michigan gets tons of perks unlike the other offices; Don't listen to employee's ideas; Marks you down for using the bathroom; Not family friendly; Will say one thing one minute then take it back the next; HR will not accept doctor's notes; Supervisor's play favorites.

    Advice to Management

You better start treating your employees better or your business will go under. I've already seen you guys lose 6 people in 2 weeks.

    Pros

Co-workers were great. Use to be a family vibe. Casual attire (jeans) every day.

    Cons

Once they were bought by Bud Co the micro managing started and morale went down the drain. They also instituted a wage band system. Once you hit the max there are no more raises unless you get another position.

    Advice to Management

Stop being so stingy when you promise something come through with it instead of excuses.

    Pros

If you need a first job, been out of the work force, young or old, most everyone gets hired.

    Cons

Don't expect to get promoted. Management is mostly uneducated. Benefits are watered down more every year. There is no match on 401K.

    Advice to Management

Your employees make you tons of money for your investors and service your well known clients. You really should treat them like it. You owe them everything and give them little.

    Pros

Fairly easy job. Convenient location OK job

    Cons

Quite a lot of politics Parking is inaccessible Supervisors aren't very knowledgable about specifics Computer systems are very antiquated Not the cleanest environment

    Advice to Management

Set clear expectations for employees. Also, you should strongly consider having sick employees not show up. It seems like the flu was passed around the whole time I was there!

    Pros

    The management team is wonderful.

    Cons

Lack of pay and advancement. Expensive medical-super high deductible. Great place for college grads and not so much for those with experience.

    Advice to Management

Get out of your "employees should be lucky to have any job" mentality and invest in your employees. Merit increase, better pay, advancement...something.

    Pros

    Only good to gain Experience.

    Cons

Don't work with your hours. Don't train well, and you have to learn all by yourself. Rarely raise pay for existing employees.

    Advice to Management

Train your management/leaders so that they can actually do their job and assist older employees. Older employees end up helping new ones rather than management.
