    Pros

It is relatively a good company to work for as benefits are relatively good.

    Cons

While the company is relatively a good company, there is latitude for improvement in managerial decision making.

    Advice to Management

It would be beneficial to listen and pay attention to employees' opinion as employees may help further the interest of the company. Supervisors' statements are not absolute in decision making; listen to input from others.

    Pros

All in all, it's a good place to work. There is room for growth, so long as you maintain a positive attitude.

    Cons

There were instances of poor communication from leadership down to the advocates, resulting in a lot of confusion.

    Pros

they will work to accommodate your availability. Diverse group of people. Sociable people.

    Cons

The rules are a joke and only followed when convenient. Members of management are very cut throat and conniving.

    Advice to Management

Follow through and keep your word.

  11. Easy, flexible, decent pay rate. If you can't handle monotonous work, this isn't the job for you.

    Pros

    Decent rate of pay
Flexible-You are able to pick and choose your shifts. Then again, this depends on your Supervisor.
    Clean atmosphere
    Cafeteria
Medical, Dental, Legal, Life Insurance, and Vision Benefits plans are available to employees after 6 months of hire date
Very easy and quick training process
Computer programs are very easy to learn, no experience necessary.

    Cons

Bad leads, but depends on the program that you're hired in for.
Whether you're put on inbound and outbound calls make a HUGE difference on your transfer rate.
It depends on your preference, but it seems they specifically target African American employees. If you're a whitie, show your stuff.
"Bonuses" are rare and not much to go after. Most I've received is a $25 gift card. They hold contests for this, but at random. Not a huge incentive.

    Advice to Management

Marketing and IT teams need to work harder to fix technical problems with the calls, the programs, and generating quality leads.
Employer does not make it clear on the opportunity to advance. Promotions? Raise in pay rate?
