I worked at Dialogue Marketing full-time for more than a year

    Pros

It keep a lot of people employed!

    Cons

Turn around time is very bad. People either get laid off, fired or end up quitting.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

To keep your word of what your schedule would be in the interview and be honest about the length of the job.

I worked at Dialogue Marketing full-time for more than 3 years

    Pros

Pay, Location, some manager that cares about their reps

    Cons

challenges hmmm lets see 1st management - experience of managers and supervisors or lack there of.
2nd Lack of promotion, 3rd unprofessional reps ( language, dress code)
    4th favoritism
    to name a few

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Need to screen better for leadership and not Passover reps that have proven themselves cause another manager has issue with them. I was demoted cause manager didn't like me.

I have been working at Dialogue Marketing full-time for more than a year

    Pros

The people are great and the building environment is fantastic. It pays better than most call centers.

    Cons

They are constantly changing your schedule, demoting middle management for "business needs" and it's impossible to keep up with the ever-changing requirements for your scorecards. The manager was basically non-existent, he just hung out with his buddy a lot, so you have to depend solely on the support of the middle management supervisors who are all amazing at their jobs.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Job stability is important to employees. My entire employment I was unsure if I would be able to keep my pay rate, my position, my schedule and sometimes even my job. The constant changes made working here unbearable.

I worked at Dialogue Marketing full-time

    Pros

Great place to gain experience in the field of call center and outsourcing

    Cons

The pay is not that great. Some of the senior management have questionable intellect.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Don't overwork and undervalue employees who are willing and able to perform. If someone shows promise you pile such an erroneous amount of work on them that they are unable to have a life outside of work. the demands most definitly out weigh the compensation.

I have been working at Dialogue Marketing

    Pros

Your day is never boring, there's always a new challenge.

    Cons

There usually aren't enough bodies to tackle all of the challenges so you'll need to learn how to do a lot of different things.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Continuing to rely on employees' flexibility will eventually break their backs and land DMI without anyone to bend.

I have been working at Dialogue Marketing full-time for less than a year

    Pros

Overall, I find the workforce to be a good mix of youth & experienced people. They are generally upbeat and friendly.

    Cons

The aspects of the company I have thus far observed give the impression of being reactive as opposed to well considered. I am working with a small personal sample in combination with observations and opinions provided by those with far greater tenure so I am willing to consider that many of the faults heretofore observed can be attributed to a lack of foresight by the client paying DMI for my services. As such, it is quite possible that this review will be amended at some future date.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Nothing I'd share in the public domain.

I have been working at Dialogue Marketing full-time for less than a year

    Pros

The people that work there, Dental insurance.

    Cons

They do not update changes with client agreements so commissions may be missed because that is not the terms that you agreed to. No health befits (only dental and vision).

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Keep updates on any changes that may occur to keep contracts true with circumstances. If a company has not paid out bonus, dialogue should foot the bill (it is not the agents fault). Annual evaluations should be mandatory.
