    Talented co-workers, good vacation benefits and over-all company culture amoung lower ranks. SR. Management has the potential to be effective, if there was more oversite on HR practices.


    Out of touch senior management, deplorable HR that unfortunately covers-up or creates problems. Real issues seem to not make it to senior management. Favoritism and unprofessionalism is especially noted. Wistle blowers have been terminated, leaving the rest of us to look the other way or face the same fate.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

    Please hire new HR personnel. The current team ia not reporting real issues that could lead to lawsuits if not corrected. In large part the HR Dept is the biggest problem Dice has.
