I have been working at Diebold full-time (more than an year)

    Pros

Amazing benefits all around make up for the hours worked… Working up to 80 hours per week with 1.5 and double time. Killer paychecks. Company car, maint, petrol, vacation time, holiday time, sick time, a guard service available 24/7 for FREE if you don't feel safe, or it is an unsafe area... You don't pay a dollar for these benefits; only your time, which they pay you for… quite well in my opinion.

    Cons

Sometimes it may prove difficult to divine exactly what management expects (e.g, productivity is stressed, but so is reducing call rates, i.e: work as much as possible but run as few calls as possible)
The training is great, but computer based (ugh).

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

I have been working at Diebold full-time (more than 10 years)

    Pros

Opportunity to be part of a tunraround; company is back on the right track and early results are good. The new culture being instilled with casual dress, flexible work remote options, etc. are very positive changes and make company feel more like the techy/progressive

    Cons

The old-line employees that are still around and complaining constantly because they just don't get it.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Stay the course and keep the positive changes coming.
