    Pros

    Learn Chinese culture
    Travel to China
    Great place to work if you are fluent in Chinese

    Cons

    Primary spoken language in the office is Chinese
    Annual employee turnover rate is ~80%
    Pay rates ~30% less than Texas Instruments
    Partial truths to customers

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

    Make a safe work place, then improve quality and profit will follow

    I have been working at Diodes full-time for more than 3 years

    Pros

    Easy to get employment, they are always hiring

    Cons

    Pay scale is lacking, and raises are small. Management has a micromanagement problem.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

    Don't brag about record profits and then give raises that don't at least keep up with cost of living.

    I have been working at Diodes

    Pros

    Small so people know you, nice people at lower level, and location of new HQ.

    Cons

    ~50% of empoyess are from same culture/same church. ~8% related to CEO somehow. Copy identity/flow from TI (not very original). Lack of basic resources for support. Too many manual systems. Bad senior management.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

    Treat people with respect and digniity. Ask employees to speak English. Non-speakers left out socially and within team.
