    the pay, the time it takes to get paid, and so much more.

    Pros

    Free TV and okay pay

    Cons

    You work about 70 hours a week. They wont pay drive time they could care less about your family u are just a number on a board and your pay rate changes every three months and most of it is out of your control.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

    If they spent more time in the field they would see how much harder it is now verse when they were in the field. Throw that scorecard out the window and build this thing from the ground up if you can get your techs to do quality work then your job would be easy

    Pros

    HUGE discount on Directv subscription.

    Cons

    6 days a week working 7:00am until 8:00pm+ during spring and summer.
    Pay is on a Grade/Score system.
    EXTREME pay penalties for customers not having a telephone land line, and refusing the protection plan.
    Ladders issued are a dangerous, badly overused JOKE!
    Training BLOWS! (4-5 weeks of 8 bucks an hour and training made up as you go along)

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

    Don't forget, EVERY employee injury accident is AUTOMATIClLLY due to their negligence. Actual accidents never happen in the DirectSatUSA world. Hammer that home in your "Safety" meetings!

    Decent hours, 4 days of 10 hours
    Some of the people are good to work with
    Ability to be flexible with your schedule

    Cons

    No room for growth
    Incompetent Management
    Treated very poorly by management
    Management gets stressed out at employees about management bonuses.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

    First of there is way too much management. Management should focus more on customer service rather then scamming DirectTV and their customers to inflate their bonuses.
