    Pros

The company is a market leader and has great benefits. People are engaged with the company.

    Cons

The competition is fierce among cable networks, and they are all trying to stand out. Strategies and branding were being changed continuously with no clear path.

    Pros

Great work atmosphere, a few perks, excellent benefits, no one will ask you to stay after hours, very few layoffs (some people been there for 15-20 years)

    Cons

It's a corporate structure so you'll have to navigate the hurdles accordingly, lots of meetings that take you nowhere, raises could be better

    Advice to Management

chances to move up on the ladder are very limited, compensate your people accordingly and they will stop looking for jobs elsewhere for a better chance at a title

Good company overall, internal events on a weekly basis, growth opportunity available, meet lots of different people.

    Pros

Many events throughout the month either through HR or PR to promote what is happening with the company and what's on air. Lot's of great teamwork. People work closely with one another, so assistants get to be highly involved in projects. Big fan of the shows and the brand!

    Cons

Money drives every decision, some people's creativity is stifled by the bottom line. Also, slow to give benefits to new employees.
